Facilities Manager
Continued growth of Epic’s Verona Campus has created a need for an experienced Facilities Manager. As a hands-on manager, you will be responsible for the appearance, operations and maintenance of a group of buildings on our 540 acre campus. You will manage facilities staff, maintain vendor relationships and budgets, and you may participate in future construction projects.
- A minimum of 5 years experience managing large, high quality, corporate office or hospitality facilities.
- Training in standard (electrical, plumbing, etc) and more complex mechanical disciplines such as geothermal heating/cooling, building automation, etc.
- Experience managing multi-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in architecture, engineering or with large corporate office building construction projects a plus.
- Relocation to Madison, WI is necessary and reimbursed.
