Doors open at 11:30am with lunch being served at Noon.

Spouses are welcome but a $10 lunch fee is due at the door for them.

A cash bar will be offered and at 3:00 PM the event is open to the general public.

Friday, June 19 at 6:00 PM CDT.  Please note all names of those attending and whether or not they will eat lunch.  We must have an accurate count for placing our catering order on Saturday morning.  Your name will be checked off the guest list as you arrive.

If you plan to arrive after 3:00 PM, an RSVP is not needed.
